A symphonic black metal demo of the late 1999 [not for sale - cd out of stock]

My Gorthaur (at that time I wasn't aware of the Polish and Spanish bands with the same name) was a solo project, influenced by some of my favorite extreme metal bands from that period, such as Summoning, Emperor, Behemoth, Samael, Limbonic Art, etc.
Originally the song was conceived as a suite of about 17 minutes. Now I have decided to split it into 5 chapters.
The lyrics are from Tolkien's Silmarillion.

The band's logo was designed by the legendary Christophe Szpajdel (The Lord of Logos), during one of his journeys in Milan during the late 90s (thanks again!).
The cover artwork is by another friend, Valerio. Clean vocals and acustic guitar were performed with the help of Massimo. The song was recorded in the home studio of Francesco Zambon. Thanks to all of you, friends.
